APL shall manage its operations according to current industry practices and in such a way that the requirements of the authorities and the regulations for the manufacture and inspection of medicine are met. The aim is to achieve uniformly good quality in our products and services, with a good level of service that meets customer requirements and expectations, and which is of the greatest possible benefit to the customer.

Ethics policy
Good ethics shall characterize APL operations – towards staff, customers, the authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders. APL shall work for sustainable development and taking social responsibility. All staff shall act responsibly and show respect towards each other, the customers, the suppliers, and the world around them, as well as the company.
