A safe, secure working environment with healthy, creative staff increases the security of deliveries and the fulfilment of quality and other requirements, as well as profitability.
APL therefore works systematically with working environment issues for increased awareness within the company, the fulfillment of legal requirements, and qualified bosses and staff, as well as continually watching over and minimizing the risks in the workplace.
The management system supports this work.

Our employees are an important asset. Therefore, APL has a proactive approach to the working environment and follows the guidelines set in the Government’s 2010-2015 National Plan of Action for the Working Environment by improving our occupational environment and reducing work-related accidents and illness.
A support system for handling chemical products is being implemented, in order to improve and facilitate the handling of chemical products, increase the amount of available resources and support our co-workers who handle these products.
