Development and manufacturing
APL offers development and manufacturing services of OTC and health care products. Development and manufacturing has been a core activity for APL for 30 years. Our operations cover the entire development chain, which means that we can offer a wide range of services.
Quality evaluation and quality control
APL offers quality evaluation and quality control of health care products and medical technology products. Our knowledge in toxicology, formulation, validity, microbiology and medical technology ensures high quality evaluation.
Our offer includes examination of documentation, technical tests and chemical/microbiological analysis. We control that the products comply with legal demands.
Calibration of thermometers
APL offers calibration of thermometers used for storage and preparation of pharmaceutical drugs. The thermometers are sent to APL following a simple routine and the calibration is performed according to existing quality instructions. After the calibration, the thermometers are returned with a calibration certificate.
APL also sells new, approved thermometers.
Dosage aids
APL offers CE marked dosage aids that cover the need for dosage of most fluid, peroral pharmaceuticals and ophthalmic products in dropping bottles or single use pipettes.
Our dosage aids are controlled according to EU demands on measurement accuracy, which simplifies accurate dosage of the pharmaceuticals.
Concept for diluting antibiotic mixtures
With an adapter on the measuring glass, working hours spent on diluting antibiotic mixtures are reduced. Safety is also enhanced, as the risk of spreading dust is reduced – which also means less allergy risks.
